In the Scientific programme of 1st European Conference for the Promotion of Local Actions to Combat Climate Change, a series of Windows for participation and interaction of professional experts in the sector have been created.

There are two ways to include this in the programme: presentations through technical communications and poster sessons.

For those who wish they can send their Project and initiative resumés on specific themes in the Communication agenda.

Certain will be chosen from this and the authors given the opportunity to present them Turing the conference either orally or graphically.

Posters Sessions:

During coffee break these promotional posters will be displayed in areas dedicated to company initiatives for reading and contact between the different participants.

- Poster registration is free, but at least one company representative must be register in the conference.
- Registration must be before June, 30th.
- Resume must be written in Spanish and English (max. 200 words) that will be included in the conference book.
- Only the poster per company is allowed.
- Posters should be sent by mail to Technical Secretary Address or brought before the conference.
- They are numbered by topic and registration order.
- If there is not enough space, selection may be necessary.

Objetives

We look for the companies show and exchange their experiences and new ideas. In these posters you can explain:

- Experiences (past)
- Projects in process (present)
- Ideas (future)

The Communications chosen by the Scientific Committee will be published in the Official Communication Document.

Thematic Areas

The scientific programme will consist of the following areas:

1. Promotion of Renewable Energy
2. Sustainable Mobility
3. Sustainable Planning & Building
4. Adaptation of Ecosystems to Climate Change

In areas assigned for Poster Sessions in the conference venue, each author with a selected experience or project will have a numbered location where they can exhibit it in poster format.

The poster must be mounted before the beginning of the conference; the timetable will be communicated to exhibitors once the panel is approved.

Each author will be assigned a number for their exhibition panel, as well as assembly time and exhibition.

During coffee breaks, the authors / co-authors of the experience or project will have the option to show it to the attendants standing next to their panel.

The dimensions of the poster should be 90 cm wide by 120 cm long; the panel should be composed by one piece, or by some small parts that together make up the main panel.

The panels must be designed so that you can see all the texts and illustrations from 1 meters away, these have to be simple and self-explanatory. The letters in the headings of the different items should be bold type and a minimum size of 2.5 cm.

It would be useful to add a color code, labels, numbers or paragraphs to help to the public to follow the sequence of reading in a correct way.
